Drug Court
Campbell County's Juvenile Drug Court is led
by Judge Foellger.
"Drugs destroy people's lives.
Since 1993 the Kentucky Drug Court Program has
been helping people rid their lives of the
influence of drugs. Many families have had a
parent, a child or a grandparent returned to
them through this strong program. Drug Court
participants must work hard to put their lives
back on track, and our judges and staff work
hard to keep these individuals focused on
getting off and staying off drugs. Through the
drug court program, the Kentucky Court of
Justice reaches those individuals who need our
help, people who without Drug Court might be in
jail."

States pin hopes on drug courts to offer some
relief
"Advocates say drug court is a more
enlightened way to deal with many offenders
because it offers them a chance at
rehabilitation instead of cycling in and out of
jail..."

"Foellger figures if you take away their drug
use, you will take away their criminal
